Promociones Baja Yesera S.L. is the controller for pilot enquiries sent to AI Tender Hunter. The public website itself uses no enquiry form, analytics, advertising pixels, or non-essential cookies.
Information we receive
If you email us, we process the contact details, company information, business needs, and correspondence that you choose to provide, together with ordinary email delivery metadata. Providing this information is voluntary, but without enough contact and company context we may be unable to assess or answer the enquiry.
Why we use it
We use the information to assess and respond to your requested pilot enquiry, take steps you request before a possible business relationship, maintain necessary business correspondence, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. The legal bases are requested pre-contractual steps, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, and applicable legal obligations.
Sharing and transfers
We use hosting, email, and IT service providers only as needed to operate the service. We do not sell enquiry data. Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we rely on an applicable legal transfer mechanism and contractual safeguards.
Retention
If no pilot relationship begins, we normally delete or anonymise the enquiry within 12 months after the last meaningful contact, unless it is needed longer for a legal obligation or claim. Records for an agreed pilot are retained for the relationship and applicable legal periods.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing by emailing info@martiohn.com. You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) or another competent supervisory authority, including Sweden’s IMY where applicable. We do not make decisions about applicants solely by automated means.
